Project Details
This project included additional travel and turn lanes, intersection realignment, signalization, access organization, traffic channelization, landscaping, and lighting. The two-lane segment of Bremen Highway was expanded to four-lanes with dedicated turn lanes. A new four lane concrete road was constructed with landscaped channelization islands. Using watershed modeling, Abonmarche solved a chronic drainage problem that had plagued properties in the area for decades.
Our team performed construction administration, supervision, and inspection for the construction of this project. In addition to overseeing the contractor and the construction, we continuously communicated the construction schedule to stakeholders, which included several residential areas, a 300-unit apartment complex, and numerous commercial properties.
