Project Details
In December 2016, Abonmarche completed a facilities assessment for Meridian Charter Township, providing an analysis of key buildings such as the administration building, libraries, fire stations, recreation center, nature center, and public works centers.
Abonmarche staff made assessments of the physical condition and functional capabilities of existing facilities, computed projected costs to assist the Township in developing project priorities, and provided space allocation data to inform decisions concerning the reprogramming or rehabilitation of existing space and new construction. Our team took into account the sustainability of the existing facilities and provided recommendations for numerous improvements.
This study allowed the Township to identify space issues, establish capital planning priorities, and address requirements established by Meridian Charter Township.
